On November 25th explore Burgundy through a 7-course dinner with wine pairings at Fence & Post

Filled with a warm gruyere cheese with a crisp cheese crust

Red wine poached eggs, red wine reduction, lardons, mushrooms & house sourdough

House cured ham, parsley with salad and garnishes

Frogs legs
Barley risotto, garlic tuiles & herb sauce

Poulet au creme
Roasted chicken in a cream sauce with pomme puree & organic carrots

Kir royale
Cassis sorbet, crémant de bourgogne

Pears poached in red wine with a brioche bread pudding, vanilla ice cream & whipped cream.
