House cured ham, parsley with salad and garnishes
Barley risotto, garlic tuiles & herb sauce
Poulet au creme
Roasted chicken in a cream sauce with pomme puree & organic carrots
Cassis sorbet, crémant de bourgogne
Poire au Rigodon
Pears poached in red wine with a brioche bread pudding, vanilla ice cream & whipped cream.
