Join Dawn for a fun and educational experience where you’ll come to understand the cheesemaking process by creating your own fresh feta and cheese curds. You’ll go home with a small basket of your delicious feta creation, including the basket mould you can re-use next time you put your cheese-making learning into practice!
​You will learn the cheesemaking steps from the introduction right through to packaging. We will talk about food safety, the equipment needed to make cheese at home, and how you can find books and online references to continue on your cheesemaking journey.
