What are spudnuts? They are donuts made by replacing some of the flour in the dough with potato. Potato doughnuts tend to be lighter than all-flour doughnuts, and are prepared in a similar way as other doughnuts. At Fence & Post, their spudnuts take over 24 hours to make, the day before they make the dough, cut out the spudnuts and then let them slowly rise overnight in the fridge. Fried fresh and finished using premium, fresh products. The flavours are always changing, they are released each week on Tuesday for pick up on Saturday.
Made in limited amounts so place your order on Tuesday and pick up after 11 am on Saturdays for a weekend treat!
