Meat Drying Workshop

Join esteemed Elder Pauline Twoyoungmen of Wazin Îchinabi Ti for a meat-drying workshop that shares the traditional knowledge and cultural significance of this ancestral practice. While no fire or actual drying will take place, this demonstration offers an informative look at how meat has been prepared and preserved for generations.
