National Get Gnarly Day
According to National Day Calendar, “The last Friday in July provides an opportunity to embrace new ideas and toss out old ways on National Get Gnarly Day. Gnarly is exciting and we have exciting new opportunities in Cochrane this year with CANRVSUP, offering a class for every level from flatwater to flowing current. Founder Reta Boychuk is Canada’s first female River SUP Instructor Trainer. Her approachable and engaging teaching style resonates through all CANRVRSUP instructors who inspire you to stand up on water confidently and competently!
Reta has also partnered up with Kelsey’s Caravan offering guided Stand Up Paddle Board trips on the Bow River. Hosted right in Cochrane, they will take you from Riverfront Park to the new Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge.
Let’s celebrate all this gnarliness and try something new with Reta and her team by booking a summer experience on the water!!
