Valentine’s Day Reflexology Workshop for Couples
February 14 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Share the Love!!! Valentine’s Day Reflexology Workshop for Couples
Couples Reflexology Workshop is geared for partners that would like to pamper one another! Our feet are constantly carrying our weight on a daily basis and holding our body upright. But did you know that certain sections of our soles are connected to our organs? There are several meridians that span from our feet and reach all the way up to our heads. Reflexology is one of the most relaxing treatments available as it rejuvenates and heals our feet, providing support for the whole body. The participants will be provided with a booklet showing all the trigger points and a demonstration will be given on how to apply reflexology correctly before the couples start to practice. Each partner will do a full-hour treatment and will receive support from the facilitator.
It is highly recommended that the thumbnails and the pointer fingers be trimmed short. This provides a much more comfortable experience for the receiver.
A special treat for participants – we will conclude the evening with a 30 minute Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Infusion compliments of Gayle and Timmy from Amaryllis Crystal Garden. This is a powerful way to integrate the energy of this evening for you and your partner.
