• First Course: Moroccan-Spiced Carrot Soup – A delightful soup topped with a dollop of yogurt & fresh herbs
• Second Course: Spring Pea Risotto – Creamy risotto with peas, mint, braised bacon & Parmesan
• Third Course: Grilled Pork Tenderloin – Served with cherry sauce & charred zucchini with a hint of smoky paprika
• Fourth Course: Denver Steak – Rich & flavorful beef chuck flat, served with mashed potatoes & green beans
• Dessert: Spiced Poached Pears – Infused with ginger and cardamom, served with vanilla ice cream & toasted almonds
