Family-run and proudly Colombian, La Casita Coffee now has two locations. Their fixed café is located inside The Common Works art gallery and collective space in downtown Cochrane, where you can enjoy rich, handcrafted brews alongside a selection of delicious baked goods in a relaxed creative setting.

They also continue to operate their mobile café, serving the same coffee truck experience with rich, handcrafted brews wherever the road leads. You’ll find their cozy trailer popping up at local markets, scenic spots, and community events—each cup rooted in tradition and connection.
