For years, the Crossing was only available for group rentals – but now individual travellers are welcome to book a stay. More than a typical Cochrane hotel, it’s a place to slow down—offering cozy guest rooms, a serene riverside setting, and a true sense of escape. Rest and relax in charming antique-furnished rooms with forest views, enjoy gourmet cuisine crafted by the culinary team, unwind in the brand new Stirrup Bar, and spend your days immersed in nature, from scenic trails to open ranchlands along the Ghost River.

Meetings, Gatherings & Retreats

The Crossing welcomes corporate retreats and wellness retreats, weddings and family reunions, with space for 50 overnight (in 27 rooms), and up to 60 for a special event. Choose from multiple venues including conference rooms, the Pine Loft Barn, or the breathtaking three-season River House Pavilion. The Crossing is available for buyouts.
