Art in the Park

Join Route 22 Artist Collective Gallery and Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation this year for the kick-off “Art in the Park” event on May 27 & 28th, as part of the first annual Come Paint Alberta arts festival circuit, an artist-led collaborative project celebrating Alberta’s breathtaking landscape.
Art in the Park, is a free public festival, with ticketed options for arts and interpretive nature-based programming and events.
Complimentary COLT Shuttle service from Route 22 Artist Collective Gallery to Glenbow Ranch.

Partner organizations will host paint-outs & multi-day Plein Air arts festivals in five iconic Southern Alberta locations from May – September. Immerse yourself in the rich artistic tradition of Plein air painting, and let the magic of Alberta’s natural beauty inspire your creative spirit. Participating organizations include Leighton Centre, Rosebud Arts Collective, Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, and Coutts Centre for Western Heritage.
