French Onion Souffle
Twice baked gruyere souffle with caramelized onions & beef demi glace
Sole Meuniere
Petrale Sole pan roasted with butter, lemon & parsley, butter poached potatoes & green beans
Coq au Vin
Red wine marinated chicken cooked with bacon, pearl onions & mushrooms with roasted Leffer’s carrots & buttery hand rolled noodles.
Trou Normande
Apple sorbet with parsley & calvados
Mont Blanc
Light almond cake with chestnut, white chocolate, meringue & blackcurrant
