Megan Ogilvie launches Another Name for Daisies – book signing at Found Bookshop

Megan Ogilvie is an up and coming young author from Cochrane, AB.  Another Name for Daisies is her first novel which was originally portrayed as an award winning stage play. Megan sought out a greater platform for her work whilst graduating from high school in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Megan is currently working on her second novel and plans to fuel her passion for writing while travelling.

Another Name for Daisies was released as an e-book on Kobo, but now printed copies are available for order on Amazon and at select locations. Megan will be launching her physical book at a book signing on July 15 at 1pm at Found Bookstore (208-1^st Street W, Cochrane).  Two Pharmacy in Cochrane, AB will also be carrying her novel and she is so grateful to both of these incredible community businesses for their support of local authors. “It means everything for me to launch my first novel in Cochrane where I grew up.” Meg also plans to donate copies to the local library as well.  “Books have always been such an important part of my life, and writing has been my creative outlet, I am beyond excited to share this story.”
