The smoky, heart-warming, and mouth-watering smell of sizzling barbecue is in the air, and boy do we have something special coming! We are having another special, limited-run event on Friday, September 20th featuring some of the most amazing Texas BBQ dishes! We are offering both a 1/2 Platter and Full Platter for pickup from The Butchery Block with: Smoked Brisket (1/2 Platter has 4 oz, Full Platter has 8 oz) Smoked Pulled Pork (1/2 Platter has 4 oz, Full Platter has 8 oz) Texas Hot Link Sausage (1/2 Platter has 1, Full Platter has 2) Coleslaw (1/2 Platter has 2 oz, Full Platter has 4 oz) Baked Beans (1/2 Platter has 2 oz, Full Platter has 4 oz) Cornbread too! (1/2 Platter has 2 pieces, Full Platter has 4 pieces) Orders are available for takeaway or you can sit down and enjoy the view from the Cochrane Lions Rodeo Grounds.
