Between Dog and Wolf: Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary

We are so excited to host a night in which we delve into the origins of Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary through a screening of the sanctuary documentary, Between Dog and Wolf by Jason Smith, and a live panel discussion and question and answer with the founder of the Sanctuary, Georgina De Caigny. Georgina had started Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary in 2011, and this rare opportunity to ask her questions will be an insightful look as to how she started rescuing wolfdogs, her bond with these amazing animals, and the lessons she has learned from them along the way!

This event is a fundraiser for the sanctuary, where 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the wolfdogs and their care! Including supporting their feeding, enrichment, vet care, enclosure maintenance, socialization and more!

We are hosting this event on Kuna’s (our founding wolfdog) birthday, who you will learn all about during the event. You will come to love her brilliant personality and how she was one of the key factors as to why the Sanctuary even exists. Kuna turns 14 on the day of the event and we hope you join us to celebrate this beautiful girl.

We will have additional things happening throughout the night as well, including prize draws, merchandise sales, staff meet and greet and more!
